Aquaparc will remain open as usual

Good news: the park will remain open as usual throughout the G7 Summit taking place in Évian-les-Bains from 15 to 17 June 2026.
Monday–Friday: 10.30 am to 6.00 pm
Saturday: 10.30 am to 7.00 pm
Sunday: 10.30 am to 6.00 pm

However, traffic disruption is expected in the Lake Geneva region. We recommend that you plan your journey in advance and allow extra time for travel.

Are you coming from Switzerland?

  • Canton of Geneva: disruption expected

The Canton of Geneva is directly involved in the G7 security arrangements.

Between 12 and 18 June: increased border checks, closure of many secondary border posts, significant disruption to traffic on certain motorways and roads, and delays expected at the remaining open crossings.

From Geneva, access to Aquaparc remains possible via the usual Swiss roads. However, please allow for a slightly longer journey time due to the security measures in place in the region during the G7 summit.

  • Canton of Vaud and Canton of Valais

The Canton of Vaud will also be subject to heightened security measures, particularly along the shores of Lake Geneva and on major roads. Occasional traffic delays may occur.

Visitors coming from Valais, the Vaud Riviera, Lausanne or the rest of Switzerland can reach Aquaparc under near-normal conditions.

Are you coming from France?

The G7 summit will cause significant traffic disruption in the Chablais region from 11 to 17 June 2026.

The authorities recommend that anyone not needing to travel to the restricted zone use the alternative routes put in place to bypass areas subject to security measures and the G7 PASS. Significant delays are expected throughout the Évian area and neighbouring municipalities.
