Aquaparc is re-opening its doors!

Aquaparc is re-opening its doors!

Your favourite park is opening from Wednesday 10th June !

We will take good care of you !

To protect your health and that of our staff, the necessary measures will be put in place at Aquaparc over the coming weeks.

We would like to remind you that the best way to fight this virus is to work together as one. You are responsible for respecting the other visitors and for ensuring other members of your group do the same during your visit.

Thank you for your understanding.

TAKING ACTION TOGETHER TO ENSURE EVERYONE’S SAFETY!

Before coming, we strongly recommend you buy your tickets on our website or book your visiting time using the online form if you already have your ticket. You can buy your tickets on-site but be aware that due to limited capacity, you may be refused entry to the park if the maximum number of visitors has already been reached.

You must ensure that a distance of 2 metres minimum is respected between each family or group.

During your visit, wash your hands on a regular basis and use hand sanitizer.

Hand washing facilities and hand sanitizer will be made available for you all around the park.

Only one person is permitted at the cash desk at one time, at the ticket office, at food outlets and in shops.

During your visit, remember to cough or sneeze into your elbow and avoid handles as much as possible.

Stay at home if you have any of the following symptoms in the days prior to your visit: cough, headache, high temperature, aches and pains, loss of sense of smell and taste. Our sales staff are available for you, to set another date for your visit as soon as you are feeling better.

Measures in place to ensure your safety

A limited number of visitors per day at the park, to ensure your health and that of our staff. Limiting the number of visitors to the park will make your visit much more enjoyable.

For those who purchased tickets before the 29th May 2020, you must book a visiting time before coming by clicking here !

Regulation of the flow of visitors through the entrance to the park, at cash desks, in the changing rooms and at the various attractions will be ensured so that social distancing is respected.

Protective screens have been installed at the cash desks, food outlets and in the shop.

The park will be cleaned regularly, and facilities will be disinfected frequently.

There are disinfection points and hand-washing stations dotted throughout the park.

Information panels have been put up in the park, informing you of the COVID-19 preventive measures.

To ensure your visit is as enjoyable as possible and to avoid crowds of visitors in one place, regular entertainment and appearances from the mascot are suspended until further notice.

We now offer a much more developed take-out service.

You are authorised to bring a picnic to the outdoor areas around the park. You are not authorised to bring a picnic into the park.

Any indoor furniture (sun loungers and tables) will be spaced out to ensure social distancing rules are respected.
