Introduction of the covid certificate at Aquaparc from 13 September 2021.

Following the announcement of the Federal Council on 8 September 2021, the Covid Certificate will be required for access to Aquaparc from Monday 13 September 2021.

Introduction of the covid certificate at Aquaparc from 13 September 2021.

The Covid certificate will be mandatory from 13.09.2021

The obligation to present a certificate applies to people aged 16 and over. The obligation is limited to 24 January 2022, but the Federal Council may lift it earlier if the hospital situation improves.

Visitors aged 16 and over must be in possession of a COVID certificate with a valid QR code and an identity document (passport, identity card, driving licence). These 2 documents are compulsory to have access to the park.

Without them, access is forbidden.

In accordance with the recommendations of the Federal Council, protection measures will be reduced in the park but will not disappear completely. The usual recommendations will remain: hand washing and disinfection etc.

The purchase of tickets online before the visit or the reservation via our form remains mandatory!

Frequently asked questions about the Covid Certificate.

What is the COVID certificate?
The COVID certificate is a document provided in case of vaccination, cured infection or approved negative test. Please consult the FOPH website - ofsp-coronavirus.ch - for the exact conditions for obtaining the certificate. Only a COVID certificate in the form of a QR code (on a smartphone or on paper) will be taken into account at the entrance.

Who has to present which documents and from what age?
- Persons aged 16 and over: COVID certificate (QR Code) + identity document
- Children up to 15 years of age: identity document only for age verification
These documents must be presented at every visit to Aquaparc, without exception, even for those who have been vaccinated.

Where can I get a valid COVID test?
The test, with a COVID certificate, is issued by the following services:
- Pharmacies
- Cantonal testing centres
- Medical practices
- Hospitals
- Laboratories

> Find here the list published by the Canton of Valais.
IMPORTANT: Please check that you receive a valid COVID certificate with QR code. Any certificate, letter, SMS, self-test or other are not valid.

What happens if I do not present my COVID certificate?

You will not be granted access to the park.

Special cases

I have a subscription and I do not wish to present a Covid certificate, what should I do?

Please contact us at contact@aquaparc.ch to enable us to process your request.

I have purchased tickets for a visit to the park on 13 September or a later date but I do not wish to present a Covid certificate, what should I do?

Please contact us at contact@aquaparc.ch to enable us to process your request.

Can people who visit Aquaparc regularly (e.g. park pass holders) and whose certificate was checked the first time come back without having to present their COVID certificate again?

This is not currently the case. The certificate must be checked each time the person visits the facility, which ensures that the certificate is still valid. The people carrying out the checks do not see the expiry date on the COVID Certificate Check application, but only whether the certificate is valid at the time of the check.

I want to visit Aquaparc with a group, is the Covid Certificate required?

In accordance with the Federal Council's announcement, the Covid Certificate will be compulsory for all persons aged 16 and over. In the case of a group visit, this obligation applies to everyone, group members and supervisors.

We remain available by email at contact@aquaparc.ch or by phone at 024 482 00 00 to answer all your questions.
