Persons who have dealings with Aquaparc Le Bouveret and visit the Aquaparc Le Bouveret website fully accept these General Terms and Conditions of Contract in the version in effect at the time the contract is concluded.

1. Use of Electronic Communication Media

Users of the Aquaparc Le Bouveret website are assumed to be familiar with electronic means of communication and to be aware of the data security risks associated with their use. Users undertake to make only legally acceptable use of these electronic means.

2. Purchase of a ticket

By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser accepts the provisions concerning security, access and additional regulations for visiting the park. Tickets can only be purchased through the official website. Furthermore, the purchaser is aware that in the event that these regulations are not respected, he/she will be denied access to the park without compensation. Additional regulations will be published on the Aquaparc Le Bouveret website or printed directly on the ticket.

3. Personalisation of the Ticket and Identification

Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Tickets must be protected against damage caused by water and other liquids. Tickets may not be altered or copied. A ticket is reserved for the use of the person whose name and surname appear on it. At the entrance to the park, a document (identity card, passport) enabling the bearer to be identified must be presented. Aquaparc Le Bouveret can also check the validity of a ticket by electronic means, using the bar code for example.

4. Type of printer

To print your ticket, you must use a laser or inkjet printer; matrix printers do not deliver sufficient quality. A ticket will only be valid (colour or black and white) if it has been printed in a quality of at least 300 dpi and has not been printed in "economy" mode. It is the buyer's responsibility that the ticket is printed using A4 or 8½"x11" paper size, that your printer is a standard type and that the ink cartridge and toner contain sufficient ink.

5. Damaged tickets

In the event that the microstructures or barcodes are damaged in any way, the notes will lose their validity. If falsified or fraudulently acquired tickets (leading to seizure by the competent authorities) are presented, Aquaparc Le Bouveret reserves the right to refuse all tickets and to reimburse the holders of non-falsified tickets.
