General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Any persons contacting Aquaparc Le Bouveret and visiting Aquaparc Le Bouveret’s website accept the following general provisions of the contract in full and in the version applicable at the relevant time.

1. Use of Electronic Means of Communication

It is assumed that users of the Aquaparc Le Bouveret website are familiar with electronic means of communication and that they are aware of the data security risks associated with their use. Users undertake to use these electronic means of communication in a legally acceptable way only.

2. Buying a Ticket

By buying a ticket, the buyer accepts the provisions regarding security, access and additional rules relating to visiting the park. Tickets can be bought only through the official website. Furthermore, the buyer is aware of the fact that if these rules are not respected, he/she will be refused access to the park without compensation. Additional rules will be published on the Aquaparc Le Bouveret website or printed directly on the ticket.

3. Ticket Personalisation and Identification

LTickets are personal and non-transferable. Tickets must be protected from damage caused by water and other liquids. Tickets may not be modified or copied. A ticket can be used only by the person whose first name and surname appear on it. On entering the park, a document (such as an ID card or passport) enabling the ticket-holder to be identified must be presented. Aquaparc Le Bouveret may also check a ticket’s validity electronically, by using the bar code, for example.

4. Printer Specifications

To print your ticket, you must use a laser or ink jet printer; dot matrix printers do not produce sufficient print quality. The ticket will be valid only if it has been printed in a quality of at least 300 DPI. It must not be printed using ‘toner save’ or ‘economy’ mode, but it may be printed in either colour ink or in black and white. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the ticket is printed on A4 or 8½"x11" paper, that the printer is of a standard type and that the ink or toner cartridge contains sufficient ink.

5. Damaged Tickets

Tickets will not be valid if their microstructures or bar codes are damaged in any way. If falsified or fraudulently acquired tickets (requiring the relevant authorities to become involved) are presented, Aquaparc Le Bouveret reserves the right to refuse all the tickets and to reimburse the holders of non-falsified tickets.
